Unfortunately the rich text box that ColoredSecureTextBox inserts has a Fixed3D border and 3px margin, which results in this ugly effect (attached). Sadly rich text boxes can't have FixedSingle border style, so it's either 3D or none. Removing the margin does at least make it usable, even if the style doesn't match right. But to do this, I'd need some way of accessing the inner m_text control. For example, right now, its size is 1189x664 In this window, KPEnhancedEntryView width is 350. If I close KP, then restart it, all these "mensurations" are kept : global window, and KPEnhancedEntryView column size. Can I ask, do you have KeePass maximized? There's an effect because KeePass starts non-maximized, but then maximizes itself. However, KPEnhancedEntryView enforces a minimum width, so when non-maximized the minimum width is 150, but then the window is maximised and this width scales up in proportion to the window size. Once maximized, you could then resize it back down to 150, but on next restart it would start non-maximized and the same thing would happen...

Laurent Grenet posted a comment on discussion General Discussion

Hi Alex, personally, I had the issue mentioned by @wabelei ONLY if KPEnhancedEntryView column was very narrow.
