Moore</name><uri>https://sourceforge.net/u/dmoore/</uri></author><id>https://sourceforge.netfe33d9d64cd0d90a08d4c011b5acb77c358b1bde</id><summary type="html">&lt;div class="markdown_content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;The maintainer of libiptcdata is pleased to announce the first public release, 0.1.0, of the IPTC Metadata Library.  libiptcdata provides a C interface for manipulating the International Press Telecommunications Council (IPTC) metadata stored within image files, such as captions and keywords.  The library is licensed under the GNU Library General Public License (GNU LGPL). The libiptcdata package also includes a command-line utility, iptc, for editing IPTC data in JPEG files.&lt;/p&gt;
