This is for <br /> the use of urls like <br /> <a href="http://localhost/cms.php/page.manage/." rel="nofollow">http://localhost/cms.php/page.manage/.</a> These are <br /> treated as 404 by IIS in default setup. This is not really <br /> a bug of course.
