Logging in ILIAS comments from pre-tests

• When logging in for the first time, the user may not notice that there is a list where s/he can specify the language if s/he assumes that s/he will choose the language afterwards.
• If the user chooses first to enter his/her username and password and then to select a language, all the information is lost and has to be re-entered. The pre-entered info must be displayed in the new loaded page.
• After a language is selected from the drop-down menu and the user is logged in , the language cannot be changed.
• When one has registered himself/herself in English, s/he cannot use interface in another language until s/he changes the language settings in Personal Profile.
