dialogs.  Without this patch you will only be able to see &lt;br /&gt;
files with the extensions *.dwg *.DWG *.dxf or *.DXF.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you had a drawing such as &amp;amp;quot;mydrawing.dWG&amp;amp;quot; it would &lt;br /&gt;
not show up in the dialog.  To get around this download &lt;br /&gt;
the patch, recompile and you will then be able to select &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;amp;quot;All Files&amp;amp;quot; as an option and then select the oddly named &lt;br /&gt;
one.&lt;/p&gt;

Viewer from the command line.&lt;br /&gt;

remaining resident after command batch &lt;br /&gt;
