show all files option for open file dialogs

Option to show all files has been added to the open file
dialogs. Without this patch you will only be able to see
files with the extensions *.dwg *.DWG *.dxf or *.DXF.

If you had a drawing such as "mydrawing.dWG" it would
not show up in the dialog. To get around this download
the patch, recompile and you will then be able to select
"All Files" as an option and then select the oddly named
one.

Force Zoom Extents on conversions

This patch adds a forced zoom extents on batch
conversions that require a vectorization (SVG, PNG,
and BMP).

can't find dxf files at cmd line batch

Batch processing from the command line was not
finding any DXF files for batch plotting or batch
converting. Using the GUI DXF files are processed
properly. You only need this patch if you use LX-
Viewer from the command line.

This patch also fixes a problem with Viewer
remaining resident after command batch
processing is complete

odio.h trips looking for "min"

Some people are having trouble with the new odio.h
calling a function "min". I have removed this
function call and replaced it with code that does
the same thing.

Download this odio.h and replace your old version.

Patch for HTML report output (098a)

This patch will fix 2 very minor bugs in the reporting
feature with HTML selected. As posted to the web site
the HTML routine will create output that will render
correctly, but there are 2 minor bugs in the output. This
revised file corrects those. You will only need this patch
if you must create 100% compliant HTML reports.

Attached is a zip file of three revised cpp files to address
the errors reported by the gcc 3x compiler. One of the
files is a duplicate of the file first posted by itself, so if
you get this patch there is no reason to download the
previous patch.

0.97a - fix for layermanager.cpp

This new file layermanager.cpp should be used to over
write the one included in the source.tar.gz file
downloaded from this site. It fixes the compile errors
which appear when using gcc 3.x.

Patch for XPM static char* bug

run with "patch -p1 < patch-lx-viewer_xpms.txt"
