This patch:
- Deleted bad code in YFrameButton::YFrameButton that
tries to set the button geometry. The valid geometry
for buttons is setted in YFrameWindow::positionButton

- Fixed YFrameWindow::positionButton where lookFlat was
forgoten

- Added coded for pixmaps themes when buttonI.xpm,
buttonA.xpm, buttonO.xpm are not present.
1.- If exist buton.xpm, this is used like in other looks.
2.- Paint background in over and armed buttons

for example: if not exists closedA.xpm and exists
closed.xpm, this image is used for normal, over and
armed; brighter color is used for over and darker color
is used for armed

- Use localestring in menu-gnome2 in order to display
the internationalized name of the menu item

- When icewm is restarted, it runs a $HOME/.icewm/restart
script.
- This is usefull to send HUP signals to other programs
like icewmtray or idesk or run icewmbg -r.

This patch fixes some bugs in background color for
docked applications.
Also adds a new feature to reload configuration when
a HUP signal is sent to icewmtray.

- Catch HUP signal in order to reload the theme
configuration
- Added TrayDrawBevel configuration option to
icetray.cc , so tray knows if taskbar is painting a border
- Changed taskBg var name for taskBarBg that is the
name used in other src files.
- Changed calculation methods for weight and height.
Now there is two vars TICON_W_MAX and TICON_H_MAX
instead TRAY_ICON_SIZE.(These values should be
configurable.)
- Fixed method paint: now it does nothing if fInternal
- Border is painted if TrayDrawBevel is true (removed
BORDER define).
- Border painting is done after painting the
background, so it is not necesary to know the size of
border.
- Border is not painted if there are not any docket app.
- Added new method to notify to docked apps that the
background is changed.
- Fixed calculation methods in relayout.

[Idesk#1535803] HUP and .spec

- This patch allows sending SIGHUP signal to idesk in
order to be reloaded
- Also adds a .spec file in order to generate RPMs
