using mcpp while compiling boost fails

when trying to compile boost with systemwide-mcpp installed, compilation will fail. This doesn't happen with gcc's standard cpp implementation.

Could you please use /*<NAME>>*/ syntax instead of /*>*/ or implement some other way of embedding macro name in closing tag, if it is possible.

It will greately simplify the analysis of macro expansion annotations.
