Disconnection twice error

System : Ubuntu server 14.10 (64bit) running vanilla 1.9.2

Error : [Server thread/WARN]: handleDisconnection() called twice

Command : ./mcrcon -c -H 127.0.0.1 -P 12345 -p password "/kick playerX"

Scenario : Using mcrcon to parse local server script outputs via 127.0.0.1. Specific event in this case is a kick command. Haven't tested other commands 'yet' except /give which is fine.

This is kwown problem and will be fixed in the next release.

I think there are also something fishy going on with color support with different server versions so I have to look into it.

#8 Windows binary doesn't show newlines

This is known server-side bug on Vanilla server. It has been waiting for fix for age now.

I probably could hack something up to print newline before '/' characters on client-side. I will probably implement it as new flag so it can be enabled when needed. The other possibility is automatic server detection.

garbage shown because it strips just 1 of 2-byte unicode char color codes

it fixes adding these lines that skips weird chars, please include in next release

I have tried connection to spigot 1.7.10r3 and bukkit 1.7.10 using mcrcon 0.0.5 windows bin.

The console output is printing some characters that it shouldn't i think
here is an example.
