This are new root environments available with the following parameters (all are target=x86_64-pc-mingw32, obviously):

host: i686-pc-mingw32
host: i686-pc-cygwin
host: i686-pc-linux
host: x86_64-pc-mingw32
host: x86_64-pc-linux

The gcc compilers available in every package are: c c++ fortran java objc

Get it in the File Releases section.
