<div class="markdown_content"><p>As a user<br /> I want to configure different resolutions for streams and static images<br /> So that I can push the user experience to the maximum, taken bandwidth into consideration</p> <p>I didn't analyze (yet) the source code, neither the inner behavior of webcams.<br /> I doubt that I could reach the above goal to hack two differently configured separate instances of mjpg-streamer onto my system and connect them to the same webcam simultaneously. On the other hand I'm also unsure of the feasibility to hack the code and webcam capabilities, to communicate (even simultaneously) with the webcam, requesting different resolutions for different output types (e.g. streams and static images).</p></div>
