Sorry for my bad English,

I looked up on your project and I think you're doing a great work! But I suggest some things to improve:

I think it'd be nice to use MP3s or some other audio format as background music.

But another thing to improve is the physics engine: Mario just "slips" in the land when walking, so I suggest to make Mario walking in a more realistic way.

Switch to turn blood off from command

It'd be nice if I could permanently disable the blood from command line, as I'd like it if I could trust my nephew to open this game without seeing mario explode violently when hit.

Also, the graphics in general are pretty ugly, I'd really like to help by polishing some of these up.
