trying to browse http://musicplayer.sourceforge.net/

web server gives 403 :forbidden for URL GET /xspf_player_slim.swf?playlist_url=http://cchits.ning.com/recent/xspf/?xn_auth=no HTTP/1.1\r\n

S60 browser is Web kit based and supports Flash Lite 3.1 ( Flash Player 9 compatible/ AS 2.0 )

Does server block mobile browsers ? Or is there any info misisng in HTTP request packet?

Player suddenly stopped loading

I have had the player on my site for about a couple weeks working perfectly, then all of a sudden it stopped loading without making any changes to the site or the player.

I tried re-uploading it and everything, and still no luck. Any thoughts, ideas?

Playlist will not load

All my files are in the same folder and have been uploaded to my server. I've checked the code time and time again on both the player and the playlist and they both seem correct. All of the audio files are good and play fine if I visit them directly on the server. However, when I view my page with the player on it, it shows "playlist loading" and that's all that it does. Do you know what might be causing this? I've checked it in several browsers and it does the same thing. My site is developed and maintained in Dreamweaver. Have you heard of this happening before? Thanks for any advice!

Player Suddenly Disappeared

Hi. I've had the xspf player on my site for two years and it's worked great. Yesterday I created a new playlist and new page with the embedded player, and suddenly the player doesn't show up any more. I've checked my old pages, they still work--until I save them as a different document. Then when I upload to my site, the player is gone. I've troubleshooted in various ways and can only guess that maybe the latest version of Dreamweaver is somehow altering the files? I'd appreciate your help. i love this player. Thanks.

spaces not allow in song url

i tried using spaces in the song URL as well as the HTML encoded %20. The player works perfectly fine for MP3's without spaces. It does not seem to work when spaces are present...

cannot update my playlists

I'm having a problem...I uploaded new songs to my website, then I changed the playlist so it would identify the new songs (like I've done countless times fine) but it won;t recognize the updated.I even deleted the playlist from my site and it still played.Like its getting its info from somewhere else....has this ever happened to anyone??

IE7 Compatibility Issues

Hello,

I've installed this player on a website I have created for a client. Although xspf web music player works brilliantly in firefox, IE7 seems to struggle.

Although the XSPF player appears in IE7, it does not autoplay. When the user clicks on the play button, it just stalls at 'loading playlist', and does not play.

Dreamweaver seems to have 'corrected' some object tag code, but this hasn't solved the problem.

A few others online have been having this problem, so it would be great to be grappled with here.

White Line - Highlighted Track

I've just reskined the XSPF Web Music Player to a darker tone and I would like to change the white box which appears behind the highlighted track to a diffrent colour.

Does anybody know how to do this. I've looked through the files but I don't seem to be able to find out how to change colour.
