For long running commands it would be great to be able
to run asynchronously.

Ability to use the -f option with ssh

A user I support would like to use mussh to start
deamons on a bunch of machines. If you do this
with mussh or ssh without the -f the connection
hangs until it returns. And with a deamon that
could be a while. I got it to work but
not with the proxy options (we don't really need
those). The problem seems to be ssh -f does not
like having a command echoed into it. See attached

I would just have the user use ssh -f in a script
of his own but to make it worse it is running
in cygwin under windows so having an agent running
at all is a bad idea and running for a long time
an even worse idea.

Most likely not worth your time but thought you might
be interested. Also thought you might know
a way around it.

Add one-to-many/many-to-one scp support

Before mussh reaches version 1.0, it needs to support
one-to-many and many-to-one file distrobution via scp.

People keep wanting a default user flag so that they
can have one host list file and just use something like
'--user root'.
