Quaratntine mails can be seen in Frontend

HI Team,

It great feature that messages which are quarantined are being sent to quarantine ID; however can we have feature by which the mails can be released from the interface instead of forwarding from quarantine ID?

I sometimes send mail to users wich im not sure if they wanna send spam (ie. webshops, mailinglist etc). What i would request is a feature that works like that:

theboss@fatcompany.com whats to send a mail bill.gates@microsoft.com, mxhero replaces the sender-mailadress with 242315c39ff29b68457870853a410cb541cd9900@fatcompany.com.

if bill sends back a reply to 242315c39ff29b68457870853a410cb541cd9900@fatcompany, mxhero again replaces 242315c39ff29b68457870853a410cb541cd9900@fatcompany.com with theboss@fatcompany.com

it sould be possible to trigger the conversion with a subject header ie. [obfuscate], with a mail-header (for zimlet etc), and it should be possible to pre-create handles via the webgui

An option i could see would be to remove the realname (ie [obfuscateplus])...

It gets really fun if mulltinational people use Outlook in a localized version that does not use the standard Re: in a reply, but AW:, Res: and so on. So, i regularly get mail like Subject: Re: AW: Res: FW: FWD: AW: AW: AW: AW: RE: Antwort: Some funny cat video This annoys the s**t out of me. Before Zimbra/MXHero, i've used a procmail script to first replace non-english by english, and then removed duplicates, but i don't think Zimbra uses procmail... I would like to request a similar feature for MXHero.

I'm have a configuration on my postfix.

check_helo_access pcre:/etc/postfix/helo_deny ....
in etc/postfix/helo_deny have:
/.*@*\.be$/ REJECT HELO DOMAIN DENIED
/.*@*\.tw$/ REJECT HELO DOMAIN DENIED
/.*@*\.fm$/ REJECT HELO DOMAIN DENIED
....

The mxhero not let me address something like: @.edu.* or @.info*

It would be interesting to work with regular expressions.

Would appreciate if mxHero Team can work on below feature and restrict mail access during certain period

e.g. if office hours are from 9AM to 6PM then for desired users they should not be able to send any emails after office hours

Say e,g. if my sender and receivers are same and if we want to differentiate based on contacts to fwd or copy the request system doesn't allow us to do that.

e.g. ANYONE ---> Info@example.com FILTER on Word say Marketing should copy the mail to --->mkt@example.com
ANYONE ---> info@example.com FILTER on Word say Sales should copy the mail to ---> sales@example.com
ANYONE ---> info@example.com SEARCH for IT or inquiry to IT ----> it_helpdesk@example.com

On Home screen would be great if you double click it can drill down or take you that particular mail or show more detailed report. Same with Pie Chart.

Retrievable junk mail quarantine

Our current system accepts junk mail and places it in a quarantine queue rather than delivering it so that messages can be released and forwarded to users should the email prove to be a false positive, the emails are kept in the queue for around 30 days then automatically purged from the system.
The Maia Mailguard project seems to have a similar functionality and actually allows users to retrieve falsely categorised emails too, it'd be awesome if something like this could be integrated into the mxHero interface.

Outgoing Disclaimer Footer

It'd be awesome if there was a way to setup an outgoing message footer for legal/compliance purposes through the web interface :)
