Integration of Nomad in Cubase VST (points copied from user request)

* Have it starting automatically with your song/project
* Be able to load sounds from inside the host, maybe somehow make it automatically load selected sounds...
* Select Midi in/out for the PC in/out from the host, so that the inputs don't get reserved if the host and editor are opened separately.
* Adjust, automate settings from the host.

Randomize morph group knob, not morph assigned knobs

Do not randomize knobs which are assigned to a morph group, but instead randomize the morph group button.

If you use a morph-range when creating a patch, this could be somewhat a fixed range for that parameter, so it would be nice to only randomize withing that range via the morph group.
