you can connect to most irc servers without a password,
but it is impossible to connect to psybnc bouncer.

I want to join the project, but VB is out-dated for me,
so i was wondering when the project-members will
switch to VB.NET ?

And the fact that Visual Studio is expensive is not a
good argument to take, cause there is also
SharpDevelop which is completely free.

At least i really like the visual basic scripting support :-)

Happy Coding !

Best Regards,

having either the tree view or the channel tab would be
enough, IMO. Having both is just "too much".

keyboard shortcuts

What about adding a possibility to command Node from
the keyboard? Many people are used to keyboard
suggest that we add multiple methods for resolving the
external IP, in the case of a NAT/ICS gimmick. This may
include a simple Inet control which connects to a web
server such as www.whatismyip.com, download the
index page, parse the text and therefore get the IP
address; or perhaps getting the IP from the network
adapter itself.

copy&paste

I guess it would be nice to be able to paste something
like to tell you one thing that makes me don't feel
comfortable with node. When someone gives you a link
of a Url node opens it in his own browser. I don't like
this because I am used to open my links in my default
browser. So you should put an option in the next version
of node where you can choose whether to open a
website inside node or to your default browser thanks in
advance :)

Server-Dependant Perform

Hello,
