&lt;p&gt;Is there a way to disable the NppToR send the "Esc" command to R?&lt;br/&gt;
Sometimes, it's I lost many time when I unintentionally press 'Esc' in the notepad++ and it stop the processing in R.&lt;/p&gt;

First it worked like a charm, as always.&lt;br /&gt;
Then, I uninstalled an old R version, and after that npp will not connect to R (error msg is something like "source file not found"). I added the new R to the PATH, reinstalled everything (including NppToR), and it will not work again.&lt;br /&gt;

Does NppToR provide that capability?   From the description it kind of seems like it but it also seems like something more.   Thanks for further insight you can provide as I'm trying to find an XML file to be used in NotePad++.  It looks like NppToR is closer to Tinn-R, but I cannot be sure from the description.    Thanks for any insights. &lt;br /&gt;
