#429 Configure End of Week days and week start day

  1. Currently the week always starts from Monday. Allow access to Postcalendar configuration to change starting day of week (Sunday or Monday).
  2. Current weekend is fixed to be Sat+Sun. Add ability to configure weekends for different countries ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Workweek_and_weekend ) .

We have developed a fix for this.
