Weight / Height not saving

I an using version 7.0.0 and when I enter vitals for a patient, everything else saves except weight and height. It remains null in the database.
It does not matter if I enter it in inches, cm, lb or kg.

Do let me know what logs to look for or files you require to troubleshoot.
