In the Standard you have to use single quotes for characters, not double qutoes. MySql doesn't matter, but other DBMSs throw an error.&lt;br /&gt;
Here's a patch for the file /trunk/src/plugins/cloud/web/class/cloudconfig.class.php&lt;br /&gt;

On Nexenta it's particularly painful to install CSW packages as the alien pkgadd integration doesn't really work most of the time.&lt;/p&gt;
