SQL-Standard in PlugIn - Cloud

I think the Cloud Plugin don't use the SQL-Standard.
In the Standard you have to use single quotes for characters, not double qutoes. MySql doesn't matter, but other DBMSs throw an error.
Here's a patch for the file /trunk/src/plugins/cloud/web/class/cloudconfig.class.php
If you like I can check the hole Plugin.

solx86 plugin update for derivatives without CSWtop

This is a patch against the solx86 plugin to support Solaris derivatives that don't provide CSWtop (or compatible) top implementation. I run Nexenta, however I'm sure this applies to other platforms based on osol too. On Nexenta it's particularly painful to install CSW packages as the alien pkgadd integration doesn't really work most of the time.

Someone with Solaris variants that the original plugin worked on will definitely need to test this to make sure I don't have any GNU-specific stuff in here, but I checked most of it agains the Sun binaries.

Make xen .cfg parsing more robust

I was experiencing parsing errors in openqrm-xen, skipping .cfg files with extra dots, incorrectly reading macs and bridges... mainly due to the use of `cut`. Attached is a patch to use sed for parsing these things more sensibly.

This patch is created by Dariusz Margas and fixes for problems with the xen plugin (loosing-parent VE during live-migration) and enhancements for the ipmi plugin to make it more usable. Many thanks to Dariusz for this patch !
