* Physics plugin now can handle negative scales (mirroring)
* Fixed spawner not using scale when setting spawned object's relative speed
* Added orxLOG_CONSOLE(), orxLOG_FILE() and orxLOG_RAW() helpers
* Leading or trailing spaces in config section names will now be ignored
* Misc minor updates in comments/doc files

Orx - Portable Game Engine v1.0rc0 has been released

Hi!

Orx is a 2D-oriented, data-driven, portable and easy-to-use opensource game engine (http://orx-project.org)

This release adds the support for MacOS X(ppc/x86) platform in addition to the Win32 and Linux (x86) ones.

A lot of new features have also been added since the last release, including a generic input system (abstracts keyboard, mouse and joystick inputs) and fragment (pixel) shader support.

Please read the release notes (or the README) for more information about the engine.

11 tutorials are available (fully commented in the source files) to guide you with your first steps using orx. Any feedbacks/suggestions/comments are welcomed.

Thanks for your attention!

- iarwain / keleborn

Orx - Portable Game Engine v0.9.0b is now released!

Hi!

This release contains compiled dev libraries and tutorials in addition to the usual source package.

It also includes the doxygen documentation (also available at http://doc.orx-project.org).

Msvs2005 binaries are not released yet (probably in a day or two), and if you have any questions, please feel free to use the forum at http://orx-project.org

Please read the release notes for more information about the features currently available in the engine.

10 tutorials are available (with full comments in the source files) to guide you with your first steps using orx. Any feedback is welcomed.
The tutorials run under windows and linux for now (with precompiled version available).

I'll be working on the GP2X probably in a month as I'll be too busy before that with trying to put up the site (with screenshots, friendly tutorial explanations and maybe even videos).

Thanks for your attention and I hope to hear from any of you soon!
