Hello again,

I am using the option to extract with an optimal extraction, using mp-deconvolution, adding in a cosmics mask file that I determined outside of p3d. 
That never happens, however, as I get the following error message:

p3d\_misc\_read\_params: Read              spnum\_1="       320" \(-&amp;gt;integer\).
p3d\_misc\_read\_params: Read       profwidth\_ctex="       8.0" \(-&amp;gt;float  \) \[default\].
p3d\_extract: Extraction method is: optimal
p3d\_extract: Extracting spectra in the object data \[no beam switching\].
% P3D\_EXTRACT\_OPTIMAL: CRMASK \[2147,4096\] must have the same dimensions as the input image IM \[4096,2147\].

I have tested that if I add the line 
crmask = tranpose\(crmask\) in line 528 of p3d\_extract\_prepare\_extraction.pro then the error message goes away. 
As expected, the cosmics stay in, however, as presumably this is not the right transformation.

I want to always use a cleaned line list for wavelenght calibration, so I put it in my user\_p3d.prm file. Like this:

It looks that p3d read it. But then a small window appear and disappar \(not time to read it and to make a snapshot to be attached\) and another window appear asking me again for the line list. From what I read in my terminal \(and which I will copy below, using "debug" and "print the maximun information" options, I have the impression that p3d reads the file but does not want to use it unless one explicitly select it in the second window.

I want to always use a cleaned line list for wavelenght calibration, so I put it in my user\_p3d.prm file. Like this:

lampsfile\_dm        /mnt/datos/ami/IAA/DATA/PMAS\_mar10/100325/lineas\_hgneB.dat

It looks that p3d read it. But then a small window appear and disappar \(not time to read it and to make a snapshot to be attached\) and another window appear asking me again for the line list. From what I read in my terminal \(and which I will copy below, using "debug" and "print the maximun information" options, I have the impression that p3d reads the file but does not want to use it unless one explicitly select it in the second window.
