Improved PalmKey Binary

* A new "downto" field has been added. If it has a
non-zero value,
PalmKey caches the hashed passphrase after this many
iterations. In this case it also hides the
passphrase after
computing the hash.
After closing the form, only the cached hash is
remembered.
This feature lets you use PalmKey without constantly
entering the
passphrase, but will not compromise the passphrase
in case the
pda is stolen.

* SHA1 is fixed to be rfc2289 compliant. I replaced the
SHA1 code with an
optimized version (written by Christophe Devine
<devine@cr0.net>)
which seems to run about twice as fast (it's only a
tiny bit larger)

* The "down" hardware button now decrements the count
field. The "up"
button will recompute the hash, and also increment
the count field
if it's pressed more than once.

The `Eng' button handling

Currently, if english dictionary is not installed on
device, palmkey simply hides the `Eng' button. I think
showing an alert is better. Here is a proposed patch.

Conformance to PalmOS UI Guideline

rfc2289 conformant sha1 computation

S/key system that comes with both OpenBSD and NetBSD is
rfc2289 compliant. PalmKey's rfc1938 compliant sha1 is
not compatible with rfc2289's sha1 computation.

Here is a proposed patch. Maybe we should have a
preference item for this or additional list item,
`otp-sha1 (rfc2289)' or something.
