Resizing again

Sorry for re-posting here, but it seems what I added
to a closed bug report didn't get any attention.

I have a Win2000 Server screen res.640x480 with
WinVNC 3.3.4 (therefore "scaling-enabled") and
scaling works if I try it from my PC with XP and
WinVNC 3.3.7, but from my Treo650 with PalmVnc 2.0.5
build 214 it disconnects in the same way as already
reported.

Hi .. have you had any reports of problems installing
on Windows XP SP2 systems? After the license
agreement, the installer vanishes (I have seen this
with other installers as well).

Able to Connect internal not external

At first I thought it must just be me.
I am able to get PVNC to connect to a vnc server if I
am on their internal network. I can connect using the
internal IP of the machine I am trying to control or
the external ip, or even a resolved name to the ip
(mailhost.ambico.co.uk) but as soon as I stp out of the
realm for the network of where the vnc server is
located, then PVNC will not connect, saying unable to
connect to...

Same goes for home pc (chrisdhall.myvc.com) it's fine
when in my home, but try and connect remotley and it
refuses conection.

All firewall configs have been checked and tested (we
run normal vnc in house at office too and that connects
with no problems)

Stowaway keyboard

Hi there I am using PalmVNC 2.0.5 on a Kyocera 7135 and
it will not accept input from my "stowaway" keyboard.
Is there a setting I am missing or is this really a
request for a new feature?

2.0.214 crashes palm

Running the 214 build crashes my Palm IIIx, OS 3.3.0,
immediatley after I run it.

I located an older version, 1_3f, that doesnt crash.
But I havent been able to get it to connect.

Unable to connect

I have a Tungsten C, running PalmOS 5.2.1, with
Tungsten C ROM Update 3 installed. I have a hidden
SSID WiFi connection with WEP enabled.

I have no issue with any other network applications at
this time.

However, when running PalmVNC 2.0.5 build 214, I get
the following error (cut and pasted, and redacted as far
as addresses) -

Opening the network...skipped
Connecting to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5900...
ConnectToTcpAddr: cannot connect
Unable to connect to "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx":5900
ERROR: cannot connect to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5900

It doesn't seem to be an issue with the server
(Win32VNC 4.0 June 15th build), as when I turned on
the option to manually accept connections, it never
seems to be registering.

The local firewall on that machine is correctly configured
for allowing connections from the Palm.

Any suggestions?

Unable to install prc application on Palm

Hello,

When I tried to install lmVNC.prc, atusBarLib.prc,
pSlipRotate.prc on my Palm tungsten T3, I always get the
same errors :

Rejected data 0x1508 error

Any ideas ?
