Great program - nice and simple interface, responsive, easy to use. Thanks! Sorely missing the ability to save annotations though - any prospect of this anytime soon? Or even just the ability to print?

Thx for the impressive work.
Just two minor ideas for improvement:
1. The right panel could show the next and overnext slide as preview, instead of the current (shown double) and the next
2. Notes are also shown on the presentation screen.

It would be nice if one could put (or import) and save notes to the slides, which are just shown on the speaker's monitor.

It would be nice if a timer could be displayed on the speakers monitor, which shows the elapsed time since the start of the presentation.

Command line paramter?

I didn't get if its possible but if not it should not be too complicted to add for a command-line paramter that opens a file. Thus one could diretly start a pdf from nautilus, explorer etc.

Function to save changes

It would be a great addition to make changes saveable. One of my colleagues uses this feature in lectures: All comments, drawings etc. he inserts in his slides can be saved at the end of the lecture and then stored on the webserver.
If writing to PDF is too complicated, creating a collection of PNGs (and then internally calling a tool such as linux' convert to turn the pictures into a new PDF) would also work
