In this case the homefolder is typed in the addressbar, so if your username were to be PeaZipUser then you type PeaZipUser or %userprofile% in the adresbar to go to the folder in the broken way. Manually navigating to the folder trough C:\Users\PeaZipUser would not reproduce the issue.</p>
<p>Similarly if I disable the native drag and drop feature the incorrect behavior in that case produces a selection dialogue where to save.
