The "HTML Parser for PHP 4" project should be considered discontinued. It has been inactive for some time. S. C. Chen has started a new project called "Simple HTML DOM Parser" (based on this one) which we recommend users should check out.

HTML Parser for PHP-4 v1.2 Released

This release of HTML Parser for PHP-4
fixes a number of issues that have been
reported using the Bug Tracker feature
of Sourceforge, including issues having
to do with comment parsing, empty
attribute values, etc.
