Installation on UNIX/Linux based systems

Several problems occur when installing PHPService on
UNIX/LINUX systems.

After installing perform following steps:

+ go to phpservice/opt and
rename "customerDatabase.php"
to "customerdatabase.php"

+ go to phpservice/bin/sys and
rename "loadxmltemplate.php"
to "LoadXMLTemplate.php"

+ in phpservice/bin/sys rename LoadTemplate.php
to "loadtemplate.php"

+ in phpservice/tpl/samples rename "showSource.html"
to "ShowSource.html"

+ open phpservice/tpl/samples, search
for "samples.incsource" and replace it
with "samples.incSource"

This will help to get PHPService running, I'll fix this in
the next release.
