tarball and directory names

Please, use the same name to tarball and directory of program. Example: phpformgen-3.0.tar.gz and phpformgen-3.0/. This is a best practice of programming and make easier the packaging of you program (.deb, .rpm, .tgz etc).

Numerical field with a range

It would be great if you could add an extra input category. This would be a numerical category that would allow the formgen user to be able to select a range of numbers that any input by the end user of the form must be within or an error is generated.

For instance, on my site I request the user to input longitude and latitude but users ignore the instructions and enter incorrect values. If the form was generated so input mus be in the range -90.00 to 90.00 for longitude and 0-180.00 and reject anything outside that it would have been great. I can see many other uses for such a feature which should be quite simple to integrate.

Just like the title says... This script would be a really great fit in those cases where someone wants to process the cards manually, and just want to make sure they were entered properly.

Print option

I would love to see the form generator have an option where the person submitting data into the from can print a copy of the form, with or without clicking submi. Preferably have it change to a printer friendly web format

Custom Email Header

Hi,

How would I change the 'From' information in the
recipient email? I would like to base it on a field
in the form submitted.

For example, someone submits a form with a required
field being Email. The recipient would then receive
an email with the sender listed as the field Email.

Addition of an antispam field? E.g. one that generates
numbers or text that is a little jumbled and hard for
spam bots to read that users have to copy into a field
before the form is submitted

specifications. Other research indicates it is not widely
supported, old, and obsolete.
Recommend using a redirect method that is more widely
acceptable.
