Update to modules and new phpgrabcomics.php

This fixes the following comics:
pennyarcade
preteena
applegeeks
goats
ctrlaltdel
catswithhands
bloomcounty

Also, ucomics.com is no more, it's now gocomics.com.
The archive includes a new phpgrabcomics.com with this
new group. This fixes all the ucomics.com breaks.

it, but should allow to upgrade an older phpGrabComis
release to the new comic set.

than 300 modules.

A review of the revision might help... anyway I'll have
a look at them again tomorrow, to see if they there are
any problems that I missed today. Or if I have caused
new problems...

This one is compressed much better and doesn't have to
span multiple volumes.

This is the 4th and final drop of all updated modules.
It contains all 231 modules and a phpgrabcomics.php.
Not sure if there are any changes to the
phpgrabcomics.php from my last drop, so wanted to
include it anyway.
