Hello, We have an issue with usage graph for some flexlm software ; for example, Origin is blocked in 2021 and we cannot read the current usage. You can take a look of the graph generated in attached screenshot. Has anyone an idea how to fix that ? Thank's a lot :) Best regards!

The only idea I have: It might be related to (security-)restrictions which are created by SELinux (is is a Redhat/Centos/Fedora machine? It is usually activated there) or AppArmor (or similiar projects). Best regards, Wolfgang

After some digging I found that the parselog.php wasn't completing due to some munged log file paths in config.php. I withdraw the ticket. Sorry for the confusion.

Hi, Have trouble using the check_installation script, it checking DB connection but not does anything. Also when I look at the MySQL database all the tables are empty. Some issue not able to figure out what is causing this issue Thank you for your help in advance! Thanks
