Add Away, Back, DnD, Offline hotkeys

This patch adds long awaited hotkeys for changing status to Away, Available, Unavailable (Do not Disturb) and Offline.

Patch: Toggle offline buddies

Attached a patch that adds an option to allow toggeling of offline buddies.

Would be nice if someone could check if the implementation was done properly as I've just added the obvious (get state, set state, update menu checkbox) and lack in GTK/C-programming experience.

Pull in X11/X.h from hotkeys.c

Quick fix for a compile error on recent xorg (7.2)

The source file hotkeys.c pulls in X11/keysyms.h (from which no symbols are used btw.) This seemed to work on older X. With Xorg 7.2 the X.h is no longer pulled in and thus (at least) the KeyCode symbol is missing.

This patch swaps X11/keysyms.h for X11/X.h include.
