Uses this file to patch/upgrade the db from 3.1 to 3.2. If you don't have installed the 3.1 download directly the full 3.2 version.

sql schema patch for pg 7.4.7

Patches the sql scripts for postgres to support the
pmd. schema.

Needed by postgres 7.4.7 on debian sarge.

Don't know if other postgres installation on different
targets needs this too.
