Afte a long hiatus and a switch from activestate to strawberry I have released an alpha version of the 64 bit version of rautor in executable (par packed) format.

Feel free to download / try / use and comment about it.

The Viewer is no longer bundled with the installer. You can get is at http://www.unix.gr/rautor/rautor/viewer.html as it is a Java Web Start Application now.

Also old session data uploading is now configurable

1.9 update available

1.9 is available, it fetaures the ability to operate in light mode. That is the webserver can server screen dumps without the screendumper proper working. Also a hidden executable exists to interactively undo the proxy settings. Look for UnsetProxy.exe in your Program files under Rautor !

Embedded Web Server

Rautor now supports an embedded Web Server. It supports two URLs
1) http://ip:port/screen.png to display the last captured screen
1) http://ip:port/monitor to automatically keep reloading URL #1 :-)
Default port is 2222

Sourceforge FRS is giving me grief

Left overs are now served

SVN version now scans for left over sessions' files and queues them up for upload. This way a parent will be sure that a power off will not result to data loss

Tray Icon is ON

SVN version can now maintain a try icon with a bit of status information.
I guess I will make it configurable in the future.
