differences between HashC and RCHashC.  E.g.:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;HashC is a big object, so in what sense is it not&lt;br /&gt;
reference counted?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What is meant by auto-resizing in the context of a hash&lt;br /&gt;
table?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In short, when should I use HashC, and when RCHashC? &lt;br /&gt;
(Is it just a performance issue?)&lt;/p&gt;

But how&lt;br /&gt;
do I get the ID from the row no?  The nearest thing I&lt;br /&gt;
could find is CListC::GUIFindRowID(const Index2dC &amp;amp;amp; at)&lt;br /&gt;
but I guess that isn't it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;What I actually want to do is iterate through the whole&lt;br /&gt;
list, extracting the id for each row.  (So I also need&lt;br /&gt;
to know the no. of rows I suppose).  Iterating through&lt;br /&gt;
the IDs would do instead.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any help appreciated.&lt;/p&gt;
