Support of Plug N'Play

Enable support of Plug N'Play so the correct printer
driver can be installd automatically. Also printer
identification can be checked when printing, to make
sure the printer and selected driver match.

PPD support

A proper interface to sllow the support of PPD files so Printers+ can be properly and easily configured to support the features of individual printers. Probably the easist way this could be achieved is by intergrating the work done by John Tytgat.

Save window for file printing

Consumable monitoring and maintenance control

This should be an easily configurable system that
supports full monitoring of printer status, including
paper / toner consumption and head cleaning control.
It needs to be easy to set up through the Printer
Definition File system. It should also be easy to
expand and customise to provide support for additional
features and specific printers.

PrtBundle status

I have a SpaceTech printer driver that I'd like to
merge with its palette files so they don't clash with
the standard ones. !Printer+'s help file mentions the
application !PrtBundle to do this, but it doesn't seem
to be part of the distrubution. Could it be made
available for download?

Active printer selection by menu

The icon bar menu could be used to select the active
printer when multiple printers are configured. This
would mean that only the active printer would need to
be shown on the icon bar saving space.

This could be configurable for those who prefer the
current method. Each printer could also be given an
extra configuration option of 'always show on the icon
bar' for configurations where there are a small number
of often used printers which should always be shown on
the icon bar, but some rarely used printers.

There are a few different ways this could be
implemented which need to be considered before making
any changes.
