Currently, a 'first shot' is already working. It's a complete rewrite of the module, based on the rv6 C API, and with a 'thick' python layer.&lt;br /&gt;
The python layer exposes almost exactly the same API to python as the rv5 version, making it extremely easy to move existing programs to the new TIBRV release.&lt;br /&gt;
