&lt;p&gt;I would like a better handling of zeroes in logaritmic plots.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I just created a ticket to report a bug when choosing "Fill area under curve" in logaritmic plots, because this feature fill area above it instead.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If there is a zero in the data set, the lines go up towards "infinity" (well, it makes sense if "under the curve" means "above the curve" for SciDAVis), but what I expect is that "zero", even though it doesn't exist on the logarithmic scale, it means something super-low-almost-nothing, allowing you to draw a line down and then another line up to the next non-zero value.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I hope you guys can do your programming magic and bring to us this "better working" of SciDAVis.&lt;/p&gt;

SciDAVis already supports industry standard vector graphics formats: eps, pdf and svg. For example, LaTeX handles eps figure import with ease.  If your document processing tools cannot handle any of these standard formats, but only with pixmaps, then you will need to get comfortable with a tool that renders one of these. For example, the excellent open source tool Inkscape will render SVG to a pixmap format.&lt;/p&gt;
