Allow filtering authors by email domain

Allow filtering commits and authors by the email domain of the author.

This would be useful for example to show commits done by the different companies involved (redhat.com, google.com, ibm.com ...) on the linux kernel or any other big project

support author option in every report type

It would be nice to be able to run *each* report type for a specific author only, like already support by the punchcard report type:

-aARG, --author=ARG Show commits of author ARG

This would allow providing all the stats for every single committer (which is interesting for all kinds of special metrics).

What might be useful too then would be a way to combine different names for an author, sometimes people are committing under different names (like nicknames, wrong set up VCS configuration, name changes due to marriage,...). The approach svn2git (https://github.com/nirvdrum/svn2git) takes is quite useful, so specifying something like:

foo = Foo <foo@example.org>
foo = foo 42 <foo@localhost>
bar = Bar <bar@example.org>

in a file and then invoking the tool with option "--authors $file" could use that mapping.

support week output starting on monday

The gnuplot output uses sunday as day for the week start, it would be nice if there would be a way to get stats with weeks starting on Monday, as that's the expected default for countries in europe (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sunday#Position_in_the_week).
