changing settings in showeq. &lt;br /&gt;
specs&lt;br /&gt;
redhat 9&lt;br /&gt;
300 mhz amd&lt;br /&gt;
GUI interface&lt;br /&gt;
smb server sharing a PUBLIC directory&lt;br /&gt;
server up time: ~4 months since last restart&lt;br /&gt;
showeq up time ~24 hours runing continuiously&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Specifics:&lt;br /&gt;
logged into EQ&lt;br /&gt;
show EQ diplayed zone information&lt;br /&gt;
ajusted view planes&lt;br /&gt;
zoned&lt;br /&gt;
changed frame rate&lt;br /&gt;
zoomed in&lt;br /&gt;
App error in smb&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I only posted it here instead of over at the smb people&lt;br /&gt;
is because there were no smb errors until after showeq&lt;br /&gt;
was installed and started sniffing packets.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I will do some more testing but it seems it only&lt;br /&gt;
happens when showEQ has been running for a long time.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I did cd src, then vi'd Makefile.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Saw that in most places libEQ.cpp was just 'libEQ.cpp'&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;m_libEQ.cpp was only there once. I guessed it was a &lt;br /&gt;
typo and changed it to just 'libEQ.cpp'.&lt;/p&gt;
