On screen display ported to KNotify4 (only Linux)

Ported the OSD to KNotify. Works fine with KDE.

Windows & Mac using the old OSD System.

TODO: Test on Windows Mac and decide it port it to KNotify or leaf it! ( I'm not using windows at all, so i cant do it )

(new) Global shortcut to de/activate simon

patch improved and deleted old one!

CTRL + Pause you can toggle activation of simon!

Memory leaks, resource leaks (in Julius) by cppcheck

Just runned cppcheck which is a quite nice tool to automatically find errors in source code. In simons code there are no memleaks found :) Are the errors in Julius important enough to report them upstream?

Don't know what to do with those errors.

Just a small patch to see the source structure. Patch just a guess (just from text editor) without compiling.
