I am still running into problems when trying to edit a field:=20
COLUMN_NAME TYPE_NAME COLUMN_SIZE DECIMAL_DIGITS=20=20
STATUS SMALLINT 5 0=20=20
This is clearly a small int.=20
So, why does squirrel give me the following message when I try to change
the data in the field from a 0 to a 1.=20
"Exception seen during check on db... [SQL0180] Syntax of date, time or
timestamp not valid..."
The error dialogs: http://reallifester.com/squirrel/squirrel1.GIF
http://reallifester.com/squirrel/squirrel2.GIF
I seem to be getting this for any numeric field, small int, decimal etc.
In fact the only fields I can change seem to be VARCHAR.=20
I am running 1.2beta6, XP SP 1, DB2 V5R2 on iSeries.=20
Thanks much,=20

Jason,
It is not supposed to work this way, and, of course, it runs fine on my=20
machine. :-)
Is this still happening? If so, I'm not sure what to do about it.=20=20
Maybe if we ask some questions and try fiddling with some of the=20
controls we might get it working.
Is it in both the ContentsTab under the Objects tab and the SQL Results=20
tab? Does it happen on all of your tables or just some of them? Which=20
DBMS are you using? Do you have it set for "Table" or "Editable Table"?
