I'm running MS PowerPoint for Office 365 MSO 16.0.11629.20238 64-bit. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the add-in as well as Office serveral times now. Any help you can offer would be appreciated. I'm desperate to finish this contract for a client. I definitely need to add captions to this ppt I've built. Thanks Jim. I would be surprised if it's a sync issue with the cloud. The only workaround seems to be to re-record the audio and re-caption. That seems to solve the issue until the next crash.
