<p>Connects with Tomcat 4.1 (from tomcat logfile):<br />
x.x.x.x - xxxxx [05/Nov/2003:14:06:29 1000] &quot;GET<br />
/manager/list HTTP/1.1&quot; 200 422</p>
<p>but no context is listed in the &quot;Tomcat Manager&quot; view. </p>
