Using Eclipse 2.1.3 with JDK 1.4.2 on W2K Server, trying
to open the Tomcat Manager (v0.7.2) view generates:

An error has occurred while restoring the view:
net.sf.tm.plugin.ui.WebContextView

Environment:
Eclipse 2.1.2 with LanguagePack2.1.1/Patch 2.1.1.1
JRE 1.4.2-b28
WinNT SP6 German

Connects with Tomcat 4.1 (from tomcat logfile):
x.x.x.x - xxxxx [05/Nov/2003:14:06:29 1000] "GET
/manager/list HTTP/1.1" 200 422

but no context is listed in the "Tomcat Manager" view.
