again I have added or extended a feature to Docco for my own needs and for the further docco users.
I have added the OS dependend functionality, that dependend on the at the panel or file tree selected filetype the accordant application will be lunched.

For now this is a very fast solution which is not very straight but in the future I will fix some problems whith this new feature.
At the moment, this feature is only tested on a Linux machine.
There are only checks for PDF to lunch an "acroread" or an OpenOffice otherwise.
On windows machines ( this is not tested) it will open perhaps all filetypes with the related programm.

Greetings
Karsten

Allow Docco to update indexes from Commandline

This patch allowes Docco to update all found indexes
from the command line by using the commandline
parameter "-updateIndexesNoGui".

I created it to run the index job using cron without
a window manager after a nightliy checkout of our
document repository.

I am sorry. But the patch is not a very good software architecture. The new Class org.tockit.docco.DoccoCli is a copy of the org.tockit.docco.gui.DoccoMainFrame class.
I've just erased all the Swing elements.
