Trip Tracker is a position tracking client-server system released under GPL. A realtime tracking environment can be set up with a GPS receiver and a tracking server, and the map client can show the position of the GPS client in realtime.</p> <p>In this release Sun's Communications API was thrown out in favor of the RXTX library. Serial port communication with the GPS receiver is now more user friendly and the GPS client works on more platforms.
