If you could send me the log for a day where the pager email message wasn't reflected in TRS that would help. Email it directly to me at mark@rexx.org; do not post to SourceForge. The logs are in the c:\TRS\log directory. The current day's log is simply TRS.log. Previous day's logs have a date included in the file name.<br/> The Route to Incident can only be shown where TRS has an address to convert to lat/long.<br/> Cheers, Mark</p></div>

(Tried updating and also a clean install).</p> <p>The email is being marked as read in Gmail, so TRS is accessing the account, but no location data is showing in TRS whatsoever.<br/> </p> <p>Also, with a manual UBD reference entered, the red square is highlighted, but no route to incident is displayed.
