I am interested in the project. I will probably buy a license for =
Dataphor as it is a good price (for a corporation) and a good product. =
I have no desire to compete with them, but I would like to help provide =
options to people who cannot use proprietary-license software.
Right now I do not have much to add except for this one thought: Could =
and should D be created using an existing Logic Programming language? =
It seems to me that D already lends itself to such a thing. I have =
found one that seems to enjoy somewhat current support and modern =
status. It is called Mercury, is GPL, and can be found at =
http://www.cs.mu.oz.au/research/mercury/
